Automotive Aftermarket Sales Professional

Job Title: Collision Customer Specialist for the Automotive Aftermarket Division Sacramento, CA
">This is an opportunity to collaborate with innovative professionals around the world.
You will lead sales efforts across all 3M products/portfolios into the collision repair segment of the 3Ms Automotive Aftermarket Division (US).
Priorities and Responsibilities:
- Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor.
- Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive.
- Support headquarter, regional and zone campaigns, initiatives, and priorities.
- Create business plans for end users and provide solutions to everyday problems.
- Track and measure all sales activity in 3Ms customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution with two years of sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- OR High School Diploma from an accredited institution with five or more years of Collision Industry/Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- AND A current and valid drivers license.
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution in financial acumen.
- Technical expertise and automotive repair industry knowledge.
- Relationship builder with a competitive nature.
- Well organized, self-starter.
- Great time and territory management skills.
- Experience working with digital solutions (inventory management, calibration, insurance, etc.).
- Experience as a manufacturing sales professional or distribution sales (warehouse or jobber).
- Experience effectively demonstrating products to a variety of key stakeholders or influencers.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $145,000.
