We are seeking an experienced and skilled **Assistant Vice President, Medical Group Operations** to join our team at UVA Health, Northern Virginia & Culpeper. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to optimize access, reduce costs, and enhance revenues.
  • Directly manage Directors of Operations and ensure the team delivers on strategic goals and plans.
  • Design and lead efforts to improve healthcare delivery innovations and performance improvement oversight.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, leaders, team members, and community leaders to achieve multi-specialty objectives.
  • Manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout the organization and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Five years of demonstrated leadership experience in relevant area of responsibility required.
  • Experience in a for-profit healthcare environment or an ambulatory surgical setting strongly preferred.
