Supervising Case Manager

The Supervising Case Manager for the Washington, DC Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Workforce Development program will oversee the daily functions of case management staff, ensuring full adherence to policy and protocol. This role will also serve as the main point of contact for customers assigned to the case load, providing support and guidance as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate services to ensure case managers are working effectively with their assigned caseloads and achieving performance benchmarks.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer outcomes and improve program performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with customers.
Requirements:
Bilingual Spanish is a must for this role.
Bachelor's degree in social work, social services, counseling, business administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Three years' experience supervising in a vocational rehabilitation, case management, or related field; and/or work experience determined to be acceptable to the agency.
