Job Title: Customer Experience Trainer

Job Summary:

The Cirrus Experience Learning and Development team is seeking an experienced training facilitator to join our team. As a Customer Experience Trainer, you will play a crucial role in implementing educational experiences that support the Cirrus experience standardization and training within Cirrus and across the Cirrus Authorized network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of educational programs via classroom, webinar, or other virtual environments.
  • Collaborate with the Cirrus Experience Manager, Learning and Development, and other business partners to identify requirements for learning content development.
  • Conduct measurements of learning initiatives, programs, and materials, and recommend improvements to increase learning engagement and retention.
  • Assist in the creation of instructional videos, webinars, and presentations for HR-related initiatives.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel, and drive a company vehicle up to 5% of the time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management, education, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in presenting, facilitating, and leading training, preferably in a luxury brand setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and proven creativity in education.
  • Proven knowledge of traditional and modern learning techniques, digital learning media, and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively manage stress and competing work demands.
