  • Assist in the strategic planning of plant layouts and safety measures to foster a secure working environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of manufacturing processes and equipment specifications.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers in manufacturing techniques and equipment handling.
  • Stay informed on industry advancements to ensure competitive manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in injection molding, automation projects, and PLC programming.
  • Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven project management abilities, capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering effective teamwork.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies and Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
