Job Overview

Snak King Corp is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee food manufacturing activities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this individual will supervise shift personnel, ensure quality control, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct food manufacturing activities, delegating resources and participating in the process.
  • Train and mentor staff in all aspects of food manufacturing.
  • Schedule personnel based on production needs.
  • Maintain equipment and supply inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with product specifications and analytical requirements.
  • Conduct sanitation inspections and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Complete production reports and adjust employee worked hours for accuracy.
  • Monitor labor efficiency and ensure precise staffing levels.
  • Conduct staff training and periodic employee meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a leadership role in food manufacturing with GMP and/or USDA regulations.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, and executing standard operating procedures.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and take feedback constructively.
