About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Community Experience Coordinator to enhance the overall resident experience through coordination of seamless transitions into our community. This role provides support to our sales team as a tour guide within the community, coordinating future resident interviews and appointments outside of the community, and assisting with details regarding our marketing plan.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in daily start-up activities and contribute to a positive community atmosphere.
  • Greet residents, guests, colleagues, and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate and oversee each resident's move-in process, ensuring a smooth transition into the community.
  • Assist with furniture placement, orientation, and assimilation into the community.
  • Support the sales team and Executive Director in planning and implementing an annual marketing plan.
  • Tour and showcase the community and apartments, highlighting their unique features.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate appointments and events.
  • Comply with Grand Living policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their families on various matters.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in senior housing or real estate.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
