Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution and closure, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role will involve managing projects of moderate to high complexity and requires a proactive and innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and prepare comprehensive scope of work documentation
  • Conduct project estimations, including take-offs, pricing, bid summaries, and final bid submissions
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding proposal statuses through verbal and written channels
  • Establish and oversee project budgets, timelines, and key milestones
  • Perform site assessments, participate in meetings, and offer solutions to installation challenges
  • Engage in negotiations with vendors concerning material costs and subcontractor agreements
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring compliance with project timelines
  • Coordinate the design, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of ICT systems projects, which include structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and other related systems
  • Collaborate with field teams to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
  • Oversee all invoicing related to projects, ensuring timely submissions
  • Facilitate regular project team meetings to review action items and project timelines
  • Interpret blueprints and building specifications accurately
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for effective communication, bidding, and document management
  • Assume additional responsibilities as necessary to support the growth of the role

Qualifications and Experience

  • Technical college certification and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in structured cabling and physical security
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience in the engineering or contracting sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and technology design within built environments is advantageous
  • Advanced understanding of ICT structured cabling design technologies and standards
  • BICSI certification or RCDD is a valuable asset
