Job Summary

Leggett & Platt Incorporated is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our growing Automotive Team in North America. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with OEM and Tier 1 automotive companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth in the North American market.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to strengthen existing customer relationships and cultivate new partnerships.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and account managers to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of significant program acquisitions.
  • International mindset and ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
