We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our engineering projects in New York City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and other staff through project completion
  • Prepare project work plans, proposals, and schedules, and obtain management/client approval
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, vendors, regulatory authorities, and technical agencies
  • Address change management matters promptly and professionally with clients and internal departments
  • Compile comprehensive and realistic scopes of work and prepare complete and accurate fee estimates

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or project management
  • 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management, with experience on large engineering and/or construction projects
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including experience making presentations to senior management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with people from many different disciplines
  • Strategic, conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility, including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
