Job Description

This Operational Response Coordinator position will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining automated monitoring equipment for fire and intrusion alarm signals from company-owned buildings
  • Coordinating timely responses involving on-call personnel, fire, police, rescue, and government agencies
  • Serving as a central information hub for after-hours calls/situations and emergencies
  • Receiving initial calls and coordinating responses to emergencies
  • Handling sensitive issues with strict confidentiality
  • Identifying and communicating potential security and safety issues at corporate or retail locations
  • Updating/entering PIN codes
  • Conveying professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with the public, associates, and vendors
  • Maintaining key systems, processing orders, and making keys as needed for all facilities, including Real Estate department properties
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • A high school diploma
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
