Patient Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the internal hospital patient moves, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of patients, medical equipment, and patient-related items.
You will work closely with nursing personnel, clinicians, technicians, and reception and dispatch teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $17.00 per hour, based on industry standards and the location of the hospital.
