Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at LSA Management. This role will focus on delivering exceptional resident experiences, building strong relationships, and driving community satisfaction.
About the RoleThis full-time position will involve providing top-notch resident services, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with staff members to ensure seamless community operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of property management principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional resident services, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting community programs.
- Maintain accurate records, including resident information, maintenance requests, and community events.
- Collaborate with staff members to ensure seamless community operations, including maintenance, repairs, and administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external partners to resolve issues and build relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction, retention, and overall quality of life.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated expertise in resident relations, conflict resolution, and communication.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- The ability to relocate to Charlotte, NC, before starting work.
