Sales Manager Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Fischer Homes, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and excellence within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools, training, and support to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, select, train, manage, and develop Sales Counselors to generate and maximize new home sales in key locations.
  • Assist Sales Counselors in generating and maximizing new home sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Sales Counselors' marketing plans and traffic-generating activities, suggesting strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare for, schedule, and conduct biweekly one-on-ones with each Sales Counselor to solidify sales strategies, review sales metrics, and hold them accountable for results.
  • Communicate feedback to individual Associates regarding their performance and provide opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide Sales Counselors with continued education, oversight, and training through weekly effective Sales Practices.
Requirements:
  • Prior New Home Sales and Management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Psychology.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Fischer Homes is a dynamic and fast-paced organization that requires our Sales Managers to be adaptable and resilient. You will be expected to sit or stand for long periods, walk on various terrain, and utilize sensory skills and technology to effectively communicate with Associates and customers. You must also be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, and have the physical strength and stamina to lift approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday.
