Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Wound Care Sales Professional to join our team at Reskin Medical in Tacoma, WA. This role will involve interacting closely with medical professionals and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales calls with prospective and current clients to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Create sales plans that align with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity for supervisor review.
  • BUILD STRONG INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities with existing customers.
  • Promote Company interests and values with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and proven ability to close sales.
  • Demonstrate ethical and compliant behavior at all times.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor towards others.
  • CURRENT VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with clients aimed at achieving business results.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • BASE SALARY RANGE: $60-100k per year.
