We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Genesis HealthCare in Albuquerque. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $28-$34 per hour.

About the Job

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include evaluating patients, monitoring their conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, wound care nurses, social workers, dieticians, speech language pathologists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals who work together to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition
  • Deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff
