About the Role:

We are seeking a senior corporate lawyer with a proven track record in M&A, private equity, or related areas. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business ranging from $400,000 to $3,000,000+ and exceptional leadership and mentoring abilities. Strong business development skills and the ability to attract new clients are essential.
