About the Role: As a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) at BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting plasma center operations. Your commitment to customer service and quality will be essential in ensuring the high-quality plasma you collect becomes life-changing medicines for patients with rare diseases.

Your Responsibilities: You will determine donor eligibility, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. You will work under the guidance of the Center Manager and the management of the Center Physician for operational and medical issues. You will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry and follow guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs.

What You Bring: A high school diploma or equivalent, a graduate degree in a recognized nursing program, and current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA). You must also have current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification and fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy. Satisfactory completion of FDA-approved training requirements for BioLife Medical Support Specialist is also required.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $31.54 - $43.37.
