As an RN in our outpatient clinic, you will be responsible for developing and implementing patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Your expertise will help ensure that patients receive the best possible care in a supportive and compassionate environment.
We are seeking a skilled nurse with at least 2 years of prior experience in a clinical setting. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess a passion for delivering excellent patient care.
The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain current licensure in the State of Vermont and hold BLS Certification through the American Heart Association. Specific certifications may be required based on operational frameworks.
