At Rutland Regional Medical Center, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team in the outpatient clinic setting. This role offers a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior nursing experience, preferably in office or clinic practice settings. A degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN, or matriculation into a BSN program is preferred. Current licensure in the State of Vermont and BLS Certification through American Heart Association are also required.

We value candidates with demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, as well as moderate knowledge of basic computer skills. Specific certifications such as ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, and CPI may be required based on operational framework.

Job Overview
  • Provide patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting, adhering to established scope of practice guidelines and standards of care.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized patient plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Salary Range: $32.57 - $55.09 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
