Hospice Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Hospice team. As a Hospice RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families during a challenging time.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family.
- Act as primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team.
- Manage and collaborate with an interdisciplinary group to provide comfort, peace, and dignity.
- Evaluate patient and family needs and assist in the preparation and execution of the plan of care for each patient.
- Maintain all assigned patient clinical records.
- Participate in company quality assessment and performance improvement programs.
- RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).
- 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred.
- Additional experience in hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry or travel nursing is a plus.
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
