The Hope Cooperative is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing permanent supportive housing, mental health services, substance-use rehabilitation, and life skills to individuals in need. Our mission is to empower individuals to lead independent lives.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the position of Outreach and Engagement Center Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, including managing staff, implementing programs, and collaborating with community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and retain staff, ensure effective program implementation
  • Manage budgets, conduct financial reviews, and make recommendations for adjustments
  • Collaborate with community resources for effective guest care
  • Ensure accurate completion of reports and paperwork
  • Supervise staff, provide training, and develop leadership skills
  • Provide after-hours service and crisis intervention

Requirements:

  • Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist (MHRS) Certification is desirable
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social rehabilitation principles and group work
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
