Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Community Support Facilitator to join our Sacramento Region team.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for supporting people with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, including behavior challenges, medical involvement, and psychiatric diagnosis.
  • Coordinate services to ensure seamless delivery of care and support.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to promote a positive work environment and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (Master's preferred) or 4 years of experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
  • 2+ years of direct support experience working with individuals with behavior challenges, medical involvement, or psychiatric diagnosis.
  • 1+ year of experience coordinating services for people with developmental disabilities.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation$23-$25 per hour
