**Job Description:** Excelin Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chaplaincy Support Services Lead to join our team. As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers in Advanced Hospice.

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in theology or a related field, who has experience working in hospice or palliative care settings. Your expertise will help us ensure that our patients receive the highest level of spiritual care.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of spiritual care coordinators and volunteers.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for spiritual care services.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community chaplains and spiritual counselors.
  • Recruit and train spiritual care volunteers to support patient care.
  • Develop educational programs to promote spiritual care and wellness.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in theology or a related field.
  • Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings.
  • Knowledge of hospice philosophy and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
