Position Overview: The Chief Security Operations Officer role is a pivotal position that involves overseeing security measures and ensuring the safety of personnel and property. This role requires a proactive approach to security management, with responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Conducting regular patrols and monitoring security systems to identify potential risks.
  • Responding to security incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with client representatives to assess security needs and implement effective strategies.
  • Maintaining a visible presence on-site to deter unauthorized access and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute fixed post assignments and conduct thorough inspections of the premises.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards, security breaches, or suspicious activities.
  • Provide detailed documentation of incidents and maintain accurate logs for review.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and company policies regarding security operations.
  • Facilitate emergency response procedures, including evacuation protocols and coordination with emergency services.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field is essential.
  • Possession of a valid Security Guard Card and the ability to carry a concealed firearm in compliance with state regulations.
  • Current certification in CPR, AED usage, and Basic First Aid is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for security management, including CCTV and access control systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
