Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Chief Technology Officer/ Product Officer to lead our operations in Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure the successful delivery of products.
- Product Development: Oversee the development of products from conceptualization to launch, ensuring that they meet the required quality and functionality standards.
- Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact the company's products and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that product requirements are met and that the company's goals are achieved.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Communications Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with.NET, SAP, Oracle, DB, AI/ML/IOT Databases, and proficiency in programming languages such as ASP/VB.NET, Java Scripts, and SAP/ABAP.
- Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the Energy and Water industry, including transmission and distribution, Smart Grid, Customer Service, Energy Efficiency, Distributed Energy Resources, and Physical and Cyber Security.
- Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including an annual salary of $225,000.00, plus bonus and benefits.
