The compensation for the Senior Security Operations Officer role is set at $50 per hour.

Work Schedule

Shifts are available Monday through Friday, with various schedules and weekend coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

In this prestigious role, Senior Security Operations Officers are tasked with:

  • Staffing designated posts and conducting patrols as per client security requirements.
  • Monitoring the premises on foot to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, security breaches, or unauthorized individuals.
  • Reporting incidents or suspicious activities to appropriate personnel, including client representatives and public safety authorities.
  • Possessing the capability to carry a firearm during the assignment, in compliance with state regulations.
  • Making informed decisions within established protocols.
  • Responding to various emergencies, including fire, medical situations, and natural disasters, while adhering to procedures.
  • Providing excellent customer service by implementing safety and security protocols and site-specific policies.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance in business casual attire as directed.
  • Assisting with emergency evacuations and monitoring communications relevant to security operations.
  • Conducting routine surveillance of the client's CCTV systems and documenting incidents for the Security Management Team.
  • Reporting equipment issues to the client's Security Manager.
Qualifications

As a Senior Security Operations Officer, you are expected to:

  • Possess a valid Security Guard Card and maintain its validity throughout your employment.
  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening as a condition of employment.
  • Demonstrate intermediate computer skills to utilize advanced technology at client sites.
  • Learn to operate various security systems, including access control and alarm systems.
  • Occasionally climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
  • Be flexible to work various shifts and cover assignments on weekends as necessary.
