The MA is expected to effectively position and promote Ameritel products against competitors in the wireless market, customizing their suggestions based on the customer's needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed all sales targets promptly.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all store visitors, including welcoming customers, managing phone inquiries, and assessing their needs.
  • Surpass monthly sales goals by acquiring new customer accounts, optimizing existing accounts for revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
  • Assist in all retail store operations in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with store management in the opening, closing, and operation of the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory management, and deposits.
  • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and sales transactions in line with company policies.
  • Support customers with service activations, account changes, bill payments, and inquiries regarding billing, equipment replacement, accessories, and plan upgrades.
  • Engage in service selling and appropriately match customers with the right technology solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Retail, sales, and wireless experience is essential.
  • Experience in selling electronics and wireless plans.
  • Background in retail sales or a similar customer-focused environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Ability to analyze performance, plan strategically, make informed decisions, and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods on the sales floor.
