Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your network and industry expertise to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews and reference checks, presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Ensure successful placements that align candidates’ skills with client needs, fostering a perfect match.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and client requirements to deliver optimal recruitment solutions.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry or in recruitment, with a strong grasp of operational dynamics and cultural nuances.
