Role Overview:
Crescent Hotels and Resorts is in search of a seasoned and accomplished Senior Vice President of Hospitality Operations. This position necessitates a proven history of success with the capability to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties. Experience with multi-property management under major brands is essential; familiarity with independent brands is advantageous.
This role involves close collaboration with ownership and demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to present factual data and forecasts promptly and accurately, and the capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships.
The portfolio encompasses both full-service and select-service properties. This position can be based in any U.S. location with convenient access to a major airport. Frequent travel to the properties is anticipated.What You Bring to the Table:

Additional Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in overseeing multi-property portfolios of major brands
• Experience with independent brands preferred
• Strong analytical and computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and BI) required.
Must possess a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and develop direct reports while positively influencing all organizational levels.
Must be a proactive, independent, hands-on operations leader with strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide direct, actionable, and constructive feedback.
