Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hospitality Host to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Management: Manage the dining front entrance, greet and welcome residents, and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer telephones professionally, and follow up with requests.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in the front of the house and kitchen areas.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the training of wait staff and contribute to the overall success of our dining services team.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a kitchen or service environment preferred
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, unless an active student
  • Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in the English Language
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely lift or move with designated equipment, up to 25 pounds
  • Schedule Flexibility: Flexible with schedule, available to work all shifts and holidays
