REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge of:
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks and emerging technologies.
  • Business and technology architecture.
  • Regulatory requirements in the industry.
Ability to:
  • Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Experience:
  • 8+ years in IT architecture and 3+ years leading Salesforce Health Cloud projects.
  • Experience in technology standards and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in risk management and compliance.
ESSENTIAL CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Administrator.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
  • AI capabilities for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft integration.
