Job Summary

We're seeking an Executive Communications Coordinator/Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO in building brand strategy and tactical initiatives aligned to their personal brand.

This role will involve managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and providing support for external engagements, as well as creating founder-branded content for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong written skills, 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic environment, and a willingness to learn the details of running a high-growth startup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate meetings
  • Provide support for external engagements and manage the CEO's inbox
  • Create founder-branded content for social media platforms
  • Coordinate the CEO's outreach activities and follow up on contacts made by the CEO
  • Draft agendas, written responses, and presentation materials
  • Assist the CEO with miscellaneous or ad hoc needs
