Job Title: Clinical Manager

USPI is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Timonium Surgery Center.

About the Role:

The Clinical Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facility, driving the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties, and collaborating closely with our team of dedicated healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of facilities and personnel
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a professional school of Nursing
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support
  • Three years of operating room/critical care experience preferred
  • Two years supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area a plus
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients, and others

Salary Range: Min $46.95 to Max $56.16
