About the Role

Catalyst Health Group: Clinical Careers is seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Manager / Site Director to lead our McKinney office. As a key member of our team, you will oversee all clinical and administrative aspects of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to staff, ensuring high standards of clinical care and patient safety
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
  • Mentor and develop medical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the site, aligning with the organization's overall mission and goals
  • Leverage internal and external stakeholder relationships to execute site goals and initiatives
  • Develop regular reporting of site operations to site physician leader and VP of Operations
  • Oversee business management support, including contractual relationships, new service feasibility, strategic partnerships, and staffing analyses
  • Maintain financial controls for the site, including monitoring accounts receivables and payables, and assist in budget forecasting
  • Effectively manage controllable costs, such as labor and expenses
  • Provide effective coaching, training, and development opportunities for teams, including performance reviews, on-boarding, and timely counseling
  • Ensure clinical training and quality assurance standards are being followed and administered
  • Actively participate and attend required meetings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration or related field or relevant 10 years of experience
  • 5+ years of clinical-based, physician practice management, and healthcare administrative/operational experience
  • Knowledge of and adherence to industry rules and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with patients, physicians, supervisors, and support staff
  • Proven success of building and growing a medical practice
  • Effective leader, team builder, mentor, and coach
  • Broad understanding of financial aspects of practice management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data reporting, and knowledge of electronic medical records
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations, Bloodborne Pathogen & OSHA Safety procedures
