Job Title: Clinical Manager

Timonium Surgery Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

As a Clinical Manager at Timonium Surgery Center, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of surgical procedures across multiple specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to maintain our reputation as a state-of-the-art surgical center.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient care and safety.
  • Manage and supervise a team of clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a clinical manager or other managerial position.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and program management.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of standards and regulations for the clinical field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
