Job Summary:

Adams Outdoor Advertising is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating dynamic outdoor advertising campaigns that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of direct media or relevant sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with computer software and technology
  • Good working knowledge of marketing research
  • Ability to travel, if required
