About the Role

The Sales Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive business plans to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify areas for improvement.
