Job Summary

As a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of tools and equipment

Conduct visual inspections of tools, equipment, and machines to identify potential issues

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and requisition parts and supplies as needed

Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent and vocational or technical background

At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience

Valid Driver's License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
