Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at LabCorp. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
  • Document all maintenance activities and repairs in our facility management system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance-related capacity
  • Knowledge and skills in shop and hand tool use, care, and maintenance
  • Experience with maintenance management systems and documentation skills required
