About the Role

Talent Source, Inc. is looking for a skilled Product Safety Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative autonomous vehicle systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing safety-related products, ensuring they meet the highest safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Systems Engineering/Computer Science, and at least 5 years of experience in automotive product development. You should also have experience with functional safety processes, such as ASPICE and CMMI.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying FuSa requirements based on customer requirements
  • Ensuring integration of FuSa activities in developed projects
  • Defining and managing safety verification and validation activities
  • Negotiating and agreeing with customers on FuSa requirements

We offer a competitive salary of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
