Automotive Business Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Business Lead to join our Future Manufacturing Enterprise Team at TEPHRA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic growth and elevating market positioning for our Business Group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on CASE Auto Business, Autonomous Vehicle Development, and Electric Vehicle & Battery Systems Business. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand our customer portfolio, and establish TEPHRA as a trusted advisor and partner in the industry.
We estimate the salary for this role to be between $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be part of a flat organization structure and will have opportunities to work across functional teams to leverage the best capabilities available.
The role will involve:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer portfolio
- Establishing TEPHRA as a trusted advisor and partner in the industry
- Working closely with our Product Managers to develop and implement business plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications for this role include:
- At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer portfolios
- Strong understanding of CASE Auto Business, Autonomous Vehicle Development, and Electric Vehicle & Battery Systems Business
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
