Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled property manager to lead our property management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective coordination and oversight of service providers, ensuring all aspects of on-site property management are handled efficiently. Compensation:

$48,500 - $52,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory coordination of repairs and renovations for tenants.
  • Manage on-site operations, including budget execution, vendor relationships, contractor performance, rent collection, and accounts payable to maintain seamless property operations.
  • Track new prospects and integrate insights into marketing strategies to drive company growth.
  • Promote the property and gather referrals to attract new tenants.
  • Set competitive rates by analyzing local market conditions and calculating costs to ensure fair pricing.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability for some weekend and evening hours.
  • Proven negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
