Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Dialysis team at Children's Health (Dallas). As a Hemodialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective plans to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.
  • BLS certification approved by the American Heart Association.
  • At least 1 year of job-related experience.
  • Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
