We are a dedicated group consisting of two physicians and two advanced practice providers (APPs). Practice Environment
Sound Physicians operates a 300-bed primary stroke center and teaching hospital, providing care in a ten-bed closed MICU and serving as consultants to the CVICU. Our staffing model includes one MD in the MICU during the day, with night coverage provided by an in-house NP/PA and Tele-ICU Physician support. As a teaching institution, we require our intensivists to be residency-trained in internal medicine.

We are in search of a seasoned, board-certified critical care physician with a minimum of five years of experience in leading a team of intensivists. The anticipated annual compensation ranges from $468,000 to $566,000, with additional benefits such as a commencement bonus, relocation assistance, paid medical malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and health insurance.
