About the Role

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices and auditing employee expense reports. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounts payable, preferably in a large organization with multiple business locations and operating units. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite applications is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Audit employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve issues and discrepancies
  • Reconcile outstanding invoices to vendor statements
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of purchasing/accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite applications
  • 10-key proficiency

Pay Range: $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience and location.
