Administrative Support Specialist

As a General Office Assistant with the State of Michigan, you will perform a variety of administrative support tasks, including reception, application registration, and mail distribution. You will also serve as a local office fiscal designee and be responsible for performing administrative support assignments. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to the public and internal stakeholders
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
