About the Position
As a Diesel Lifecycle Engineering Representative, you will be responsible for assisting the ship's crew in documenting and scheduling diesel engine maintenance actions, collecting engine performance data, and assisting with engine balancing. You will also represent the ISEA at various meetings and ensure that condition-based maintenance requirements are planned for upcoming availabilities.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the ship's maintenance team to plan and schedule diesel engine maintenance actions.
- Assist the crew in collecting engine performance data and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in managing diesel engine maintenance in a marine environment.
- Strong knowledge of maritime diesel engines and their maintenance requirements.
