**Early Intervention Specialist**

Meeting Street is seeking a dedicated Early Intervention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Early Childhood Center, you will provide home-based and remote case management to families with children ages 0-3 with developmental delays.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with families to develop Individualized Family Service Plans and outcomes for family supports, strategies, and relevant services.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of children's development and functional skills, reviewing progress and outcomes to determine the effectiveness of early intervention services.
  • Identify and refer families to community resources that support IFSP outcomes, address immediate family needs, or support natural learning opportunities.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience working with or caring for infants and toddlers with special health care needs and their families.
