Speech Language Pathologist Fellow

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Fellow to join our team at Family Service of Rhode Island (FSRI). As a key member of our Early Intervention team, you will work closely with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to provide high-quality services and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify children's communication needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to establish and maintain effective working partnerships and open communication.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, coaching caregivers on strategies for implementation into daily routines and natural environments.
- Participate in regular supervision and professional growth opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and reporting in accordance with established licensure requirements and RI EI Certification Standards.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a Board-approved program and current licensure in Rhode Island.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification and a valid RI driver's license.
- Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6% above base pay.
